Integration with Umbraco: Conduct Keyword Research in Your CMS
June 9, 2022
Semrush is excited to announce a new integration with Umbraco, a versatile, open-source content management system (CMS).
Used by 750,000+ websites across the globe, Umbraco offers:
An intuitive editing and publishing experience for content professionals
Unlimited customization opportunities for developers
A tailored ecosystem of supporting products
And now, when you connect your Semrush account, you can access even more valuable features.
How Does It Work?
The integration allows you to conduct keyword research within the Umbraco interface, boosting your content’s chances of ranking on search engines.
The data itself is sourced directly from our Keyword Overview tool via a secure API, ensuring that the information you receive is trusted, accurate, and up to date. For each keyword, several metrics are available, including:
Monthly search volume
Difficulty score
SERP results
SERP features
Cost per click (CPC)
Competition level
Keyword research is a crucial first step in the content marketing process. This integration increases your chances of reaching your target audience and achieving your paid and organic content goals.
Getting Started
For existing Umbraco users, the setup process is straightforward. Simply log in to your account and follow the instructions on the Semrush integration page.
Once installed, you can access the Semrush data through a custom Content App within the CMS.
For existing Semrush users who do not have an Umbraco account, you can learn more about creating an account—and the benefits of doing so—here.
Note that when using the integration, the data limits of your Semrush subscription still apply. For example, if you are using a free Semrush account, you will be limited to 10 queries per day.
